"I would have given a 5 but Dr. Blanks nurse was rude. I don't remember her name but she is short, on the heavy side, with small reddish like dreads or twist in her hair. I asked the difference between the manual and machine reading for my blood pressure and she said with an attitude one is person and the other is a machine, like I didn't know that. I was trying to figure out why the reading was 20 points different. I had to hold back from saying what i really wanted to say to her. I can clearly choose a different Dr. and location. Get It Together. If you are having a bad day make sure it doesn't come out to the patient. Next time I may not be so nice."
