"I have been a patient for several years and I love my PCP. My issue was with whoever is responsible for responding or forwarding my chart messages to the provider. It took over a week to get a prescription refill of a medication I wasn’t supposed to miss. The MD was unaware of this discrepancy. This incident was less than remarkable and unsafe for me as the patient since I missed a few doses. There needs to be a better way to communicate with the provider. I hope no other patient has to go through this rigamarole for refills or communicating with the provider."
