"I have been going here for 5 years. Yes they are busy, yes you may have to wait. Not greed, they are the ONLY retina specialists in the area. They have emergencies and emergency surgeries. They also have doctors that will call you back within 3 minutes at 2 am Saturday morning and meet you at the office Saturday am if you are in pain."

"What an amazing office!! My mom woke up with a black field of vision. Her regular dr would not even return her calls. This office not only worked her in, but they treated her extremely kindly and thoroughly. We did have to wait in the lobby for quite a while, but they were short staffed the day we went in, and they were working her in. Dr. Tucker took a long time with my mom and answered all of her questions. He nor his staff talked to her like she was a bother. All questions were answered in terms that my mom could understand. OUTSTANDING experience."

"I was there with my mother and the ophthalmic technician is so very rude!! She had this attitude of she has better things to do than answer our questions about my mothers condition and treatment going forward. She made rude remarks about politics which have no business in the medical facility. My mother was not comfortable dealing with her and we will find somewhere else for her care and treatment. If you want to wait 2 hrs or longer to be seen and then greeted by a satanist who degrades the patient this is where you go. If you want proper care from people who care I highly suggest you go somewhere else."

"Always treated well by everyone. My wait has been reasonable. Dr. Farr is the best, I trust him to take good care of me. He has operated on both of my eyes. I recommend him to all of my friends."

"My mother is a long time standing patient of Dr. Tucker in the Rock Hill. She was first treated on an emergency bases for a retinal tear. She is now followed more routinely for her wet Macular Degeneration. We are usually not complainers or ones to leave bad reviews. Within the past year the office and patient case load seems to have tripled. When we check in sometimes there is no where to sit. The receptionist’s do everything in their power to make sure we understand if they have had emergencies and if there would be a longer wait. It seems as though since the older technician left, I believe her name was Sonia. That patient care has been compromised. It seems as though the office has outgrown their location and the they are very short handed when it comes to getting the patients ready for the doctor. Maybe they need more staff and maybe another doctor. Also the area in the front is not HIPAA compliant as my mother was referred to another specialist for cataracts and the receptionist who was just doing her job, also is in charge or referring patient had to give all of my mothers insurance information out and address, when there were other patients around that I’m sure could here. Also the technician with the short pixie haircut took way more time than needed talking about her personal life and politics, when we are really there to see the doctor."
