"While I was very satisfied with the service that now-retired Dr. Thomas Phillips provided, I have to say that I was very disappointed today when I tried to call the office. I was on hold for more than an hour, and once was even cut off after waiting. It was frustrating because I had a fairly simple records request. It would be worse if I really needed to talk to one of the providers."

"My doctor Dr. Velet and her nurse Candace are the absolute best! They really took care of me when I was in the office for my procedure. They made me feel comfortable with the process, relieved any anxiety I had, and answered all my questions. I would recommend them to anyone!!"

"Can’t thank them enough for being so helpful and kind to me. Seemed like a super fun bunch to be around. Made me feel really comfortable which was nice, especially with what is usually uncomfortable topics. Much love to them, wish them nothing but the best! Couldn’t recommend them enough!"

"Very satisfied with this office. Personnel are very friendly and helpful. During last visit, the office internet was down and everyone was very well trained in handling issues until service could be restored. Definitely would recommend to anyone needing their services."

"My physician seems competent but the office practice seems totally incompetent. It looks like a new "system" is being implemented - and that probably takes some of the "blame" - but people make things work in the end and the people response has been much less than satisfying. In trying to follow up on tests from 10 days ago I have found out that the system to transmit blood test requests is broken - so I had to go to the office to hand carrying a written order and have a second test performed. I had a time sensitive X-ray performed to see if a follow on procedure was warranted. I cannot get a response to that question 10 days later - despite leaving several messages. I went to the office to inquire about what a "reasonable" response might be to a phone message (I think a week is reasonable) - I got no answer just a response that indicated the doctor would discuss my issue in 2 days at my next appointment (and my next appointment is in 6 weeks - not 2 days)."
