"The place is overcrowded with clients, appeared unkept and during my initial checkin, the therapist dismissed my answer when I was asked what number my pain was. That did not sit well with me and I made a decision immediately to seek therapy elsewhere. I had just been released from the hospital the day before and my pain was still pretty bad. They need to learn how to be more sympathetic because everyone is different."

"Jasonn was absolutely wonderful for physical therapy, very professional when working with my child athlete. She was able to almost recover from a sports injury within a couple months of doing the exercises and appointments. The billing department, however, is the reason for the lower rating. A couple times we had issues with things not being submitted properly to insurance and this led to unexpected bills. When I would call them to get this fixed, I was met with a dry, flat personality with little empathy for their error."

"Lindsey Beck PT and her manager need to be terminated immediately. She is not a nice person, read the other review about her. It is obvious her manager allows unprofessional behavior, because if an employer was focused on good customer service, and did not tolerate unprofessional behavior, employees would think twice about being rude to patients. We are dealing with a lot that is why we come there, with hopes to feel better. Last week was my second time going to aqua therapy, and my first time with Lindsey Beck. When I entered the pool area I told Lindsey I left my cover-up there last week, of course she denied it. As mean as she is, I am sure she threw it in the trash or stole it. Don't leave anything in the locker room it will be stolen or thrown away. Last week after I got out of the pool, I took a shower. I heard a knock on the door, it was Lindsey Beck, telling me I took too long in the shower, I only have 15 minutes to shower and get dress. There is no sign in the locker-room stating that. Why would you rush someone that could barely move and she know it. I told her I needed to get the chlorine off my body. She said this is not the place for that, you do that when you get home, in a very nasty tone that scared me, and left me in a very emotionally state, for days and it still bothers me. I called the careline that was a joke! The lady I spoke to could care less what happened to me. That was the vibe she left me with. She didn't apologize or showed no sympathy. The wrong person for the job. It seems like Orth Carolina hire people off the corner. I will be consulting my attorney. You don't treat a disable patients or no patient like that. Run from this place!!!!"

"Enjoyed working with the therapists for several months post surgery and appreciated them. The only reason for a "4" rating is that it took soooo long each time it was time to schedule appointments. The line backing up was a regular happening and could take as long as 15 minutes. Lastly, is there no air conditioning in that facility?"

"Lindsey Beck was my therapist and I had to bring my toddler with me who sat quietly watching my phone. Lindsey walked to her coworker and said OUT LOUD, I’m never having kids. I don’t like them. And had a banter with her about me bringing my child. I came back and every time she was noticeably rude. She made comments about my daughter every time. It’s been a few months and my shoulder isn’t better so I go back to my ortho and he tells me the PT notes say discharged due to no show. I NEVER missed an appointment and I knew Lindsey had something to do with my appointments ending. She told me it’s all insurance approved but that was a lie. She has bad character and should not be working with the public if she has such malice towards children. Perhaps a work from home position would be more suited for her. I am appalled at how I was treated at Ortho Carolina Mallard."
