"From the moment I walked in the door til the minute I left every aspect of this visit was very friendly as well as professional. I had recently had a really bad experience in Charleston with another practice. This practice, Dr Mu and complete staff renewed my faith in good Dr's and good service."
"It is the staff who makes a 5 star experience, and once you enter the office, you can see it and feel it. To top it off, the expertise and gentle care provided by Dr. Mu and her assistant deserve to be rewarded by 10 stars, but the survey only has 5. I personally drive a round trip of 110 miles to go there despite having various dermatology offices at less than 10 miles from where I live."
"The office is lovely, clean and well kept. Staff was friendly, helpful above and beyond (especially me being low income/financially struggling) they were able to accommodate and get me in for my appointment. I did have to wait a while as they were running behind- however they kept me well informed of this, I did not feel forgotten at all. The doctor was lovely, attentive and listened to everything I had to say, even if it was hard for me to express it fully. I look forward to going back! Thank you!"
"I always love going to Oakview dermatology. Everyone is so nice and Dr. joint is always so knowledgeable. She provides lots of options (in my case it is working with my issues with acne) - and always leaves me feeling comfortable/I don't feel as though she's ever trying to push me into a specific direction. I am always made to feel as though I am in control of my treatment, which I greatly appreciate."
