"Was seeing Linda Banks until I noticed she didn’t take my insurance, which she also failed to point out that I am paying out of pocket for months, not that she should’ve noticed before me. After noticing, I had to cancel my upcoming appointment because I cannot afford it, and after prescribing me on a new medication, never spoke to me again. I have called, I have emailed, and nothing. I am not off that medication and feeling more out of it than ever, and still cannot find someone to refill it. Every time I call, they try to get me to see someone else here and pay for an appointment just to get a prescription Linda put me on refilled because now I need it. Really make sure there’s no other option than this, I am now desperate but refuse to give these people money because they act like they care and do not care about you at all, payment is all they look for. This is a job, not people who are worried for you and what could happen to you if you were cut off of a medication. Good job Linda and good job Blue Sky! Thumbs down."

"Psychiatric nurse practitioner Stephanie Gonzales at Blue Sky Telehealth is wonderful to work with, she is incredibly honest, & deeply cares for her patients at a higher level than most medical professionals. I am in the process of getting on disability (diagnosed chronic schizophrenia &/or bipolar schizoaffective) & it has been very stressful. Stephanie was very attentive to all of the details of my psychiatric issues, she thoroughly documented my condition, & treated me with mercy & compassion. She was able to provide a thorough second opinion on my condition for disability purposes & it was extremely helpful. She completely understood my challenges & truly cared to help me beyond just getting paid for a psych appointment & mindlessly sending in scripts to a pharmacy. Most doctors would charge maybe $100 or more for the level of documentation she provided, on top of a $150-$250 psych consultation, & Stephanie assisted my attorney & I with the disability paperwork free of charge because she genuinely cared about me as a patient, I would recommend requesting to see Stephanie Gonzales for your psychiatric needs at BlueSky Telehealth."

"I scheduled a simple talk therapy session with Alicia Kelli Hall, who after informing me she didn't think she would be capable of treating me (despite claiming on various websites she serviced my disorders), charged me for a service of which I did NOT receive. I scheduled a talk therapy session and she charged me for a psychological evaluation. Now, why is this a big deal? Despite the fact she is a liar and charlatan, the price difference of these two services are hundreds of dollars. Almost $200 to be exact. Preying on the mentally ill who are at greater risk for financial struggles, such as myself, is absolutely deplorable and disgusting behavior. I understand an upper-middle-class white woman who already exploits other cultures for financial gain (as she is "holistic") is incapable of being empathetic or understanding of financial strain, but to charge over $200 extra is horrific and I FEAR for her vulnerable patients."
