"Friendly, knowledgeable team quickly got me in and out. Very patient with all the questions that I had. Reserved a spot on a Sunday night when most urgent care or mini clinics are closed. Highly recommend coming here when you need medical attention."

"Overall great experience. I was told there would be a 2hr+ wait; however, the wait was under 45 mins. The nurse and PA provided a thorough exam and gave recommendations based on my symptoms and their exam. I was home feeling much better within 2 hours. Thank you!"

"Wow this place sucks. We had an appointment at 5:20pm. I checked in with the receptionist at approx 5:15pm. Both me and my husband never heard my name called. After an hour of waiting and people being called before us and my name not being on the waitlist anymore we asked twice if we were still in line. Both times they told me yes but would not confirm my name was actually on the list. After waiting almost and hour and a half I get a text from Atrium saying that I’m late for my appointment and to check in. So of course I am so confused because I was checked in and was told twice I was in the queue. Again, both my husband or I NEVER heard my name called and neither of us ever left the waiting room. We approached the receptionist with the text saying to check in and she was confused and didn’t know what happened. The other receptionist told us that they thought we left the waiting room and stated that they called my name. First off this is all false. I was in the waiting room with my spouse the whole time and we both never heard my name called. At all. Ever. So basically they made some sort of error and then they try and gaslight us into thinking it was our fault when we were sitting there patiently the whole time waiting for my name to be called. Own up to your mistakes if you make them and make them right. I was not mad until they started to try and blame me for their own error. They were on their phones too which probably adds to the errors being made. Not to mention this isn’t a free clinic. My insurance got billed for this - I paid money to see a provider and this is the way I’m treated? It’s appalling. Own up to your mistakes and make it right. Two hours later I was finally by a doctor."

"Everyone here is so nice & helpful. We have been once for my husband with an allergic reaction, & recently for me when I fell & injured my knee. The staff has been kind & considerate, from the front desk to the medical personnel. I had to have stitches in my knee & got excellent care from everyone there. Many thanks to Lakshmi, who did a beautiful job of putting the sutures in my knee, to Tish who cleaned me up, & to the young lady at the front desk who was so kind to my young grandson while we were there."

"I was seen within a reasonable timeframe (I had scheduled an appointment on line), they did have an emergency they took before me. My check in nurse was extremely efficient and my PA was very attentive and listened to my concerns. I've been going to this facility for many years and although I've rarely needed care they have always delivered top notch care. I would not hesitate to recommend this facility to anyone!"
