"Absolutely awful. This office over billed me for services that were never provided, and trumped up the billing codes to maximize the revenue to them. I called the atrium billing department to dispute these charges 5 times and then later called this office 3 times, and no one ever did anything. I am reporting to the BBB. it should be illegal for businesses to misappropriate in this way. Steer clear. UPDATE: Followed the instructions from the respondent below and they still did nothing. What a joke. Customer service is as bad as their billing department and doctors which don’t code your visits correctly."

"One of the worst medical experiences I have ever had. The front desk and phones staff were all wonderful, but my doctor and their assistant were awful. They basically told me that the issue I was having was nonexistent and listened to nothing that I said."

Super efficient is what I would say for the whole chain of checking in, meeting the nurse Malone, then x Rays, then the doctor. Doctor Gentile was awesome. Checked my X Rays before coming to see me and so he could give me his view right away. Listened carefully. Was on time. Very practical and personable. Malone coordinated really well making sure the whole procedure flowed smoothly Check In process was super easy. The X Ray technician was very efficient, knew what he was doing . Highly recommend."
