"I visited the minute clinic in Target Kannapolis a couple weeks ago and couldn't be more pleased with the process and actual visit. I was able to schedule online and when I arrived the wait was minutes. Brent was very knowledgeable, polite, and prompt in diagnosing. If you are in the Concord or Kannapolis area looking for a minute clinic, try this one out!"

"We had a good experience coming here. My son was taken back a few minutes early and the provider was very patient with him(he's 6 years old). He is not an easy patient and we appreciated the patience the provider showed him! We would come here again if need be."

"hours say they open at 8. didn’t open until 11. When they did, there was absolutely nobody in there but i was still told i would have to wait until 4pm to be seen. the woman who “opened up” the place looked like she had been living under a bridge. carpets were filthy and torn. i took one look at the staff and the conditions of the place and turned right around and left. just nasty and disgusting and really poor service and atmosphere. just felt like they didn’t know what they were doing and that they couldn’t care less"

I went in with the mindset thinking I would just be in and out but she took her time with me, despite how incredibly busy and hard she was working to accommodate everyone. I commend her for maintaining such a professional and cheerful demeanor amidst what I’m sure is daily chaos! Thank you, Melissa!"

"I went there with my son, who had a 103 temperature. I signed him in it said wait time 1hr. 4 minutes, we stayed. After waiting an hr the Nurse came out and said she could only see one more person, because they were closing soon. We were behind the next person, so we had to leave and go somewhere else. She said she had been on the phone with support. I do not believe someone should have to wait an hour and then be told you will not be seen today. I would not have stayed there an hour, I would have taken my sick child elsewhere to receive care. That is extremely rude! It makes you feel like just a number, which I guess you are there."
