"I just had my first apt here for an 18 month well check for my son. The office staff and nurses were all great, but we had an uncomfortable/strange appointment with Dr. Almquist. Once I mentioned that I was still breastfeeding my son, who is 18 months, it felt like the conversation turned very judgemental. She told me I needed to stop breastfeeding during the night and if I didn’t I was ruining my son’s teeth and I really should be brushing his teeth after every time he nurses during the night. (This is outdated advice that breastfeeding while sleeping causes cavities). She then proceeded to tell me my son needs to learn to sleep on his own in his room and needs to be put down awake and put himself to sleep. That he might cry but my husband and I should not go in and get him. She also said if he’s crying or getting frustrated to turn my back on him or put him in his room and leave until he can calm down. Basically pushing “cry it out” on us and saying I need to stop breastfeeding my toddler when I did not ask for any parenting advice. I wish I had said more in person but I was really uncomfortable and just ready to leave; I wanted to leave a review for any parents who might be considering this pediatrician/office. I would be willing to give this office another try with a different provider but will not be going back to see Dr. Almquist."

"This isn't the closest location for our family but it's definitely my favorite. We've often needed an urgent appointment over the weekend when our primary care location is closed. Each time we've come to this location we've experienced excellent care for our little ones with great friendly service for Mom and Dad. We've never had to wait long in the lobby or in the examination rooms. The lobby and facilities are clean and fun."

"They are true with their appointment times, no waiting. I used the text check-in and it basically tells me that I can go straight directly to the room. My kids’ doctor, Dr. Martin is awesome. I love that I can have honest conversation about my kids welfare and as a parent, and he gives me advices without no judgement. This is my first visit to this location and Im definitely staying here."

"Atrium Health Levine Children Pediatric was very helpful with my daughter's illness. The doctor really listen to me and was really concern with my daughter's health. She went as far as contacting my daughter's other doctors to see what was recommended for her care. The doctor ran the needed test to get diagnoses and explained the next step for treatment. The assistant was great at making me and my daughter feel comfortable in the examination room the hours we waited. Thank you and keep up the great work."

"Summer T. Has been my kid’s care provided since she was days old. She has always made my kid feel safe every time we visit the clinic. We absolutely appreciate her work and how much she cares about her patients. She is also very knowledgeable in her field of studies. As a parent, I completely trust her.
