"This place used to be good, new owners purchased it about a year ago. Can't get the shots mailed out in time, and then they want to charge you $75 per injection because of their inability to manage the business. Stay away from this place there's much better options. They also used to claim shots every 4 days for the best results. Now they only give every 7 day, because it is cheaper. Run away run away run away"

"Apparently they have switched some type of ownership and the customer service now is garbage. They were great before but are not any longer I would find somewhere else. Shipments were always late.. Was told to come in and get labs tonight however no one communicated that they stop doing labs thirty minutes before closing. Customer service is Beyond sub par now, Was told by the onsite provider tonight that "we are a sinking ship." Not very comforting. Go somewhere else!!! And for the record....i practice medicine. These people have put profits before actual patient care."

"Update 10/23/25 LowT center has unilaterally decided to change patient care without input from patients. They are are moving all at home injection patients fro a 4 day cycle to 7. Been on that before and it caused numerous issues. I left my 5th voice mail today. No response in the last week. Make no mistake this decision was not made to better serve patients. They can't get shipping right and now they will reduce shipping costs by half. No other way to explain this - they are attempting to increase profit at the expense of patients. If this isn't true they are welcome to call me back. I cannot continue care under a provider that has no actual interest in my personal health. I will continue to update so everyone will know how long it took them to fulfill my request and send me my medical records. In response to Low T's non-response below. I am not an idiot and know how to use your app. I am fully aware that you changed your shipping priorities. Previously shots shipped after the seventh shot. Now they don't get ordered until after the last shot is taken. This causes purposeful delays. Since this company has difficulty with math I will break it down for you. 1 shot every 4 days equals 91 shots per year (365/4=91). 91 / 8 = 11 shipments per year. By delaying shipment until after the last shot is taken it means 1 shot is guaranteed to be missed every cycle. It also means the company is ripping its customers off. 155 / month is supposed to equate to 91 shots per year. Delaying the shipments by 4 days each time guarantees you will miss 11 shots or 1.5 shipments per year. Essentially buy 11 get 9.5. Great deal for them, not so good for customers. Anyone want to join me in contacting the consumer protection division in your state? Or better yet how a about a lawyer that might be able to get to the bottom of these shady business practices. Been a patient here for the last two years. First off the staff is fantastic. They care a lot and it shows. The problem is the inconsistent delivery of testosterone. Shouldn't be that hard - just need to ship on the second to last shot to ensure no interruptions in cycles. In the last 6 months I have received 2 on time. They repeatedly adjust the dates in the app when they mess up to make it look like everything is correct. I am currently waiting on another set of shots and was supposed to take one yesterday. Still hasn't shipped. The office staff can't help. Even they say they can't believe how bad the service is. If you are considering T therapy you may want to consider online. As much as I like the staff doesn't seem to be much point in staying a patient if they can't deliver . If you have never taken it messing with the timing of the shots can raise or lower your optimum levels to a point where at least for me it causes undesirable side effects. Be sure you consuder this if you are considering this company.. I will continue to update this so everyone can see first hand the delays and decide for themselves. Today is 8.23.23 and they still haven't shipped anything. 2 days after I was supposed to take my last shot. Original post was 8.21.23. 8.24.23 Finally received shots and the clinic redid the timing of my shots on the app to make it appear they I didn't miss a shot. I don't miss payments. Not sure why they are okay with manipulating my records. I have now missed a shot and they didn't even make an attempt to rectify the situation. Just sad companies get away with this behavior."
