"Dr Belcher gets 5 stars. BUT my issue is with the office. Trying to get prescription refills. My latest request has gone unanswered for days despite 'my chart' requests and calls to the office. It is not getting refilled and no one will give a reason why not. That part is very unprofessional. I was just in the office a month and a half ago. Office NEVER gives enough refills to last till next appointment at 4 month intervals. This has been an ongoing issue."

I should also note - the staff members at the Steelecreek Novant branch are also very knowledgeable and efficient! The staff are so friendly and calm - even when dealing with a massive increase in patients after changing buildings. They seem to work well together and are always upbeat and conversational. Also - the lab tech who is responsible for drawing blood samples might be the best Phlebotomist I’ve ever had. I had to give a sample of blood at my most recent office visit - and I felt almost nothing. He was very quick and painless! I love my doctor and the staff and location at Novant Steelecreek! I’m very happy with my doctor and his staff."
