"Was a little nervous to come based on some of these reviews but I had a great experience. I got there 10 minutes before my appointment, got checked in, and was called up around my scheduled appointment time. My nurse, Natalie, was very sweet, funny, and calming. She did her job quickly and had me on my way within probably 20-30 minutes. The office itself is nicer than the PP’s I went to in my old state, and had ample parking availability."

"Sister's appointment was supposed to be at 11. Still waiting an hour and a half later for her appointment to finish. It took half an hour just for her to be seen. If we have an appointment at a specific time I'd expect her to be seen--at most--10 minutes after that time. Not thirty minutes. And then another hour just to get through said appointment. Hope nobody else has things planned for the day if they need to come to this location."

"The workers here were disagreeable and treated me as if I weren't even a human being. My friend was 5 minutes late to her appointment and they refused to let her in or explain their reasoning as to why. Instead they threatened to call the police on us for being on property. I kept a level head and treated the worker with respect and politeness while being treated as sub-human when all I had wanted was a simple explanation as to why we were denied access."
