"From the moment I entered, I knew I was in a place where special people worked. I walk with a cane, and as I went to open the door, it was held open for me by Beverly, the woman that does the blood draws. She saw me coming and came to help me. I was there to see about getting a test for an unusual situation that I was having difficulty resolving through my doctor. I explained the issue to Rebecca, at the front desk, and, without further question, she began researching if, and how, she could order the needed test for me. It was complicated, but she was not deterred. I had to leave, as it was late afternoon at this point, but she said she would keep researching it and speak to the owner, Juan Vasquez, when he returned the next day. True to her word, Rebecca called me at 8:30 am the next day, and she had the answer: the test name, the cost, and the time to get the result. I could not be more appreciative of her kindness and determination to help me. I found more health CARE here than I have at some doctor's offices. If this is a service that you need, then this is the place you want to go to get it. I know that, if I need to again in the future, I definitely will."
