"Used to LOVE this place. The doctors an nurses where great for 7 years never had the slightest issue!! We LOVED Miss Molly and her staff!! They where very quick and kind. And always willing to help. But lately they have had constant changes in the office staff. And apperently one lady likes to lie. And is possibly racist. Because we showed up for appt one day. Then without word with actual doctor or anyone we actually knew. Some lady we never seen before told us ONE of my son's not both were kicked out of the practice and wouldn't be seen that day after all. Due to supposedly something a deal lady over heard my husband telling my son. In one of the past visits. It was something CRAZY no one would say. And if you did hear it we should have been kicked out that day! Not weeks later. And really cops should have been called that very day also. So they randomly kicked a family they seem for 7 full years that never gave them any issues. All over something a NEW desk lady said she heard. No proof. No bothering to ask if maybe it was a mistake. My husband is from Israel so usually no one actually understands him even when he is speaking directly to them!! So I find it hard to believe they heard clearly every word him an my son where saying to each other in private. And IF they did hear this. The fact they didn't call the cops right then an there. Or bother to call me and inform me of this issue the day or maybe a day after it happened. Is unsafe an unprofessional. It was MONTHS later and without any type of warning. Completely blew my mind. Don't know how or why anyone would allow this to happen at their practice. But sure this lady will ruin alot more business for them. Just watch out if you go here for the office ppl. Apparently they are crazy."

"I’ve taken my daughter and Seashore pediatrics since she was first born. She’s four now. Each location has provided me with everything I needed whether it’s medication, prompt referrals, information and an overall comfort knowing my child is doing okay or will be okay depending on what type of visit we are in for. I will always recommend Seashore Pediatrics. Their doctors are fantastic. I’ve really enjoyed getting to know the people working at Seashore in Southport."

"I have not yet been there, but I spoke with Rebecca to schedule an appointment today and she was wonderful on the phone! I had a terrible experience trying to make an appointment at another pediatrician. It was such a breath of fresh air to have someone so lovely and kind on the phone! Way to go, Rebecca!"

"I was pleased at first. I’m not sure what happened in a 6 month period but this last visit, was my LAST visit! I lost my parental rights and the control over my child and my RIGHT to delay a vaccination. I took my daughter in for her 18month check up. Not only was the front office receptionist a little “salty”, I didn’t want to have my baby receive a vaccine at this time. (She was due for only 2) They had to weigh my daughter two times, they also had to check her length twice. As though they didn’t trust a new nurse. Shortly after the height and a weight check… Jumping forward….the doctor came in as usual… getting ready to go over booster shots… a few questions needed to be answered. Dr. Lindholm left our room a bit confused, stating she would go over what was due with the nurses. We waited for some time, for what seemed to be the same student nurse. She came in and said 3 shots were due, poked my child and left, leaving 2 sheets on the counter. I was confused, I knew she was due for only 2. After dressing my baby, I turned to look at the sheets and low and behold, the ONE shot I asked to delay was on the counter. When I addressed it, Dr. Lindholm made me feel low, stating I “must not have heard” what she said. We never discussed anything. I’m still not sure what the other 2 vaccines are that my daughter received! I feel sick, as though it was done behind my back. I specifically asked them NOT to give it to her 6months prior. Dr. Lindholm also said it was mandatory… NOTHING is mandatory. Why wasn’t anything written in the chart regarding my delay request? Why didn’t the doctor come in, like in the past, and go over the vaccines? Why was I made out to be a stupid parent? An apology is all I got. You can’t “return” an injection. If you decide to go to this office. Please make sure you are fully aware of the information and intent of the doctors and nurses BEFORE they give vaccines. As a concerned parent in this community, I suggest looking into other pediatric offices before settling on this one. I was stripped of my rights as a parent and worse made to feel belittled and ignorant. I look into each vaccine for my own knowledge and some of these vaccines can be delayed for later on when the child has a better immune system. Do your research in ALL aspects and Know your rights!! The moment they took my rights as a parent, is the moment they lost 2 patients."

"***This practice unfairly discharged my special neds son.*** With No explanation!!*** This is a pediatricians office that's supposed to do "referrals" for specialists. This office put the referral in for a counselor NOT a psychiatrist who can prescribe behavior meds. Due to their error of this too much time elapsed for my son to get a new psychiatrist within the timeframe of refilling medications. So I requested a 30 day supply for his ongoing behavior meds (he's been on for two years, know to pediatricians) along with an appropriate referral to a pychiatrist not a counselor btw. I am left to assume the reason of his discharge was b/c I was respectively advocating for my son. I was persistent to get help for my son to learn the appropriate chain of command regarding, who, where & how to receive a ONE 30 day supply interim medication for his behavior until I found my son a new psychiatrist. This practice blatantly disregarded my son by discharging my son. Stopping his meds. abruptly could have devastating results for my son. They also decided to discharge my three other children. I was never rude, I simply questioned them. If life isn't challenging enough with one special needs child but to discharge three more just for my advocating for my special needs son is preposterous and extremely negligible!"
