"I asked for appointment and got one scheduled. Promptly filled out the questionnaire thry had. After just under 4 weeks of having thr appotment they canceled on me stating they do not feel they are a good fit. I understand its important to have a good fit but to take 4 weeks for the sensitive nature of the appointment is way to long. I wasted an entire month that I could have used looking for support I need. In addition I didbt get a call nor text like I did for my appoint creation, the email all went to my junk folder. Feel items this sensitive should ensure followup and multiple avenues of followup not a send and forget email."
