"I took my 6 year old when he broke his leg in October 2023. His leg was splinted incorrectly (only to his knee) causing his bone to go from being a non-displaced fracture to a displaced fracture by the time we got him to an Ortho doc the following day. I took him again December 2023 when he was sick and they completed multiple tests including a rapid strep test. I was told a strep culture was being ordered, and it shows that it was on my chart. When I called to check on the results I was told that while the test was ordered, it was never actually done or sent off. Twice in two months my son has suffered because of this office not completing things correctly."
