"I found Compleat Rehab in Gastonia when PT on land was causing Unbearable pain. I chose them for the Aqua therapy. Therapist Kim evaluated me. She was thorough and knowledgeable; she was able to help me understand the pain. Kim recommended I get an MRI. That showed severe arthritis in my left hip and degeneration of the labrum. She worked with me to strengthen the leg muscles, then my back and core muscles to aid in smoother recovery once I lost the needed weight to have replacement surgery. I had complete trust in Kim and the other therapists I worked with on occassion- Sarah, Shaughnessy, Ray. I definitely will be back to Compleat Rehab after surgery and if ever I need more therapy."

"I lovedddd my physical therapist! Even though having to go to PT sometimes felt like a chore, Ms. Kim & Ray always made the knee exercises super fun! I mentioned to Ms. Kim that I wanted to get better in time to play basketball this school year, so not only did she help me achieve that goal, they both would also coordinate the knee workouts to actually help me improve in basketball. "Amazing experience from beginning to end! I have severe neck and back pain and went to Compleat Rehab for over 6 weeks. It was the best experience and Scott was the best. I had a couple of massage with Geralda as part of the physical therapy and hands down to her❤️. After a couple of sessions I finally can move my neck and lower back pain diminished. I have had massage before and never had someone as skilled as Geralda. I was going for an hour session and she did the whole hour, Geralda is very caring and always asked me if the massage was to deep or too soft and always asked me what area she needed to focus more for pain before starting my session. I highly recommend this facility, all the staff is very nice and show that they care."
