"I am strongly advising everyone not to visit this facility. In May 2022, I went in for an annual exam, which took two to complete. As an employee of wells fargo, all expenses are covered 100%. However due to the incompetence of their billing department when the insurance claim was filed they used the wrong product codes for each visit. Even after bringing this to their attention multiple times, THEY STILL FAILED TO CORRECT MISTAKE. Ultimately, I paid Labtech $194 in November only to get another bill just today for $138 from Labtech for the same procedure. I've spoken with the BBB whom adviced that I file a complaint and I will be filing a lawsuit as well. I have since found another doctor with whom I'm very pleased, Tinka at MichaelJordan/Novant Facility next to Social Services on Freedom Drive. Please save your hard earned money, your time and patience for doctors that really about their patients- the Freedom Medical Clinic does not. TOTALLY INCOMPETENCE STAFF."

"I came to this Clinique and they refused to see me until I have a negative COVID test, since they didn’t have any they sent me to start meds to get tested, in case you don’t know COVID test aren’t free anymore and even when I told them my insurance won’t cover them there. But they were quick to take my copay, They refused to help me and sent me elsewhere. As I told them they had me running around for a test and at the end of the day they couldn’t even help me. What a useless clinic.PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE TERRIBLE SERVICE."

"WARNING SCAM !!! BE CAREFUL WITH THIS CLINIC. I came to get a form filled out with some lab work which they said that would be $120 flat for that. I was like cool let's do it... What I didn't know was that would take almost the whole month to fill up those sheets because they don't have doctors on side. They are nurses who wants to sell vaccines you don't need, Good thing I have a background in medicine and knew they were Scamming me IN ORDER TO SELL whatever. However after many attempts of calling and going in person complaining about the time they were always the same excuse "TOMORROW THE DOCTOR WILL FILL UP EVERYTHING and Also you need to take shots" which I brought in my shots registry. Story short now I received a bill of OVER $400 for a Lab that I don't even know but was ordered from this clinic, to me even that not even my name was correct. FRONT desk Hispanic Lady is very sweet and try to help but she can't do much because of the pressure from her superiors... I'll be filling complaints to all institutions associated , my lawyer is involved into this mess too. The work required was for Federal Government... its overdue and incorrect."

"I took my Covid test on on Sunday January 4, 2022 and the young gentleman was nice who administered my Covid test. He told me 3 business days I should have my results. I called Freedom on that Wednesday and the young lady who answered wasn't pleasant. I told her I was calling to get my Covid test results and she goes and say "it's going to take about 5 business days now and no need to callback we will call you" . That's was so rude. And as of January 15th still no results."
