"I came in for a visit because I was having a skin problem. My boyfriend had the same problem as me and came in a few weeks before me. He saw a different physician than me and was prescribed medication that helped him tremendously and he hasn’t had a problem since. The physician I had didn’t even really bother looking at my infectious spots and prescribed me a medication, come to find out at a different visit she gave me the wrong medication obviously because I still have the same problem a month later. I wasted $87 dollars on this pointless visit. I’m very disappointed in the care I was given and won’t be coming back here."

"Don't bother. Despite what the website says, you will not be seen, you will be ignored. The check-in kisok doesn't match the services the website advertises. Super inconsiderate. Super lazy. Pretty typical. Lol editing to add that 2.5 hours after I called to try and ask a question and was told my wait time was greater than 10 minutes they called me back. 2.5 hours for the minute clinic. Almost funny. Again - don't bother."

"Their prices online are not accurate, I was charged about $80 more than they said it would be online, even though I got nothing extra. I paid all that money and left with nothing."

"My husband tested positive for covid on the Saturday of Labor Day weekend 2023. We called CVS minute clinic and he was able to participate in a virtual visit almost immediately with Dr Cain out of Jacksonville NC. Dr Cain was amazing. He was very thorough and very very patient and kind. He called in an antiviral as my husband is over 65. He gave very clear instructions regarding the medication, the 5 day isolation and the use of masks after the 5th day through the 10th day. I was so impressed with the ease of this virtual method facilitated by CVS. Thank you CVS and thank you Dr Cain."

"My husband went in August 2021 and the nurse who saw him did not properly identify the problem, but gave him a medication that did not help. She told him he couldn’t have another type of medication because he had just received the Covid vaccine, but after seeing another doctor a few weeks later for the same issue he was informed that wasn’t correct and he could have felt better by then if given the medication. Also, we have had a nightmare with trying to process the bill for the visit through our insurance. We had travel insurance as we live outside of the US, and apparently it has been too complicated for minuteclinic to process. We’ve been back and forth with them multiple times, and now, 3 months later, we received another bill in the mail! We won’t be back."
