"The woman that owns this store has no value in customer service. If someone is standing at your register and ready for a purchase you should acknowledge them especially if you are trying to help another customer who’s indecisive. Then you bring what the other customer wants to the register and ring it up as if I’m not standing at the register already. Even while being in my face she still didn’t acknowledge me being there. I’m a 6’6 man I’m kinda hard to miss. So to avoid this type of disrespect you should go down the street to the next tobacco shop. My family will never spend a dollar in the establishment anymore. You shouldn’t either! I’d rather shop with someone from our community anyway. Thanks"
