"So far my husband has only been there for 3 days today, he has a colostomy bag and when his daughter went to check on him he had feces on him and had not been bathed yet and that was between 11:30am and 12:15pm. I am hoping for better care since we can't be there 24/7 but we will be there every day. I will upgrade if the care gets better. I know they're shorthanded but this is the career that they chose. Please take care of the patients."

"I have tried to get in contact with this place multiple times. Calls are not going through. I have not had an update on my father in several months, and there have been multiple billing issues. Emails are undeliverable, front desk phone rings and then goes dead. Update: after being on the phone for almost an hour, someone changed my father's address. I will be seeking a lawyer. Do not send your loved ones to this place."

"I typically don’t have bad experiences with the facility. But that changed today. I try and overlook certain things in the world today. But I get extremely nervous when nurses and CNA’s have bad attitudes. I strongly believe that even though we are human there should be zero tolerance for bad behavior towards patients or their family. The nurse that I spoke with on the second floor really caused me to loose trust/ faith in the facility on this Sunday morning. I wish I could find a job where phone manner didn’t matter. The thought of someone talking over you and hanging up in your face without you cursing them or anything of the sort is appalling in such a specialized type of healthcare. We have to vet and train people to leave personal feelings at home before entering such a sensitive environment."
