"First off, upon arriving they were closed for lunch. The sign said be back at noon. They didn’t until 1pm. My appointment was at 1pm. They didn’t open the door until 1:05. I wasn’t called for my appointment until 1:50. Front desk needed me to pay a co pay. No problem. I ask her if they accept care credit. She said yes. My card declined. Because they do not accept it. She made it seem like I was broke when you clearly do not accept it as I have thousands on this card. Ok whatever I’ll use my debit card. The nurse sends the wrong X-ray. So Carolina imaging couldn’t see me. They told me to call divine back and ask them to send a different type of xray. Once again (by no surprise) front desk didn’t know what to do. They transferred me to no one. It was just hold music for over 40 minutes. I hang up and call front desk again, and she immediately puts me on hold again. The front desk girls are the reason this place has negative reviews. At what point do you get rid of what’s holding you back? Still haven’t been ordered the correct xray. It really shows they do not care about their patients."

"As a new patient, I feel the receptionist sets the tone of how organized an office will be. They are the first point of contact. While the woman I spoke to was very nice, she sounded confused and uncertain over making an appointment. It was very hard to make an appointment because she was over explaining everything and wasn't sure on things.I went from being excited to come here to not wanting to make an appointment because it was too confusing and stressful."
