"After touring multiple daycares, my husband and I found this to be the best fit for our (at the time) 16 month old. In October 2023 we were told she could start end of November, early December. In that time period I received no follow up and reached back out myself to ask for further steps. The director sends the application, I complete it and am told a new start date of January 2nd, 2024 and to bring my daughter in then. There was an issue with when their new teachers were coming in. I understand that across the board this is an issue with childcare. January 2nd rolls around and I'm told again the exact same thing and NEW start date of January 15th. January 15th comes (yesterday) and they are closed for MLK Day. Even though the director told me to bring my daughter in then. Mind you the entire time I'm being told this, I had been the one reaching out. I call them today, again was told the same issue and my daughter can start on February 20th, then they said wait no, February 19th. They are even unsure of the next "start date." There is absolutely no communication. Completely unogranized. I understand the date being pushed back for things out of your control. However, telling me to bring my daughter in for a specific start date and pushing it back again THAT same day twice is unacceptable. I couldn't even get a phone call. The unprofessional, communication, and disorganization is too blatant to ignore. I suggest looking into other places since you may be told your daughter can start in a month, and it turns into 4 months later."

"Poor customer service and follow up. I filled out the application after a tour. Attempted multiple times to call the facility and never received an answer. Left a voicemail and never received a return call. I was seeking before and after school care for my child. This facility is close to my home , but due to lack of follow up I had to find care further away from my home."

"Amazing staff! If you want some one to care for your babies like they were their own this is the place! Ms. Donna and Ms. Tammy are the sweetest! They are great communicators and very understanding. I am a helicopter mom (I know I know) and they put up with me asking 500 questions all the time! I love this place!"

"We LOVE the childcare network on Winston road. Our daughter has attended since she was an infant. The staff and directors are SO kind and friendly. We are always greeted with smiles every morning and afternoon. My daughter is well-cared for and you can see that the teachers truly love the kids and enjoy what they do. My daughter briefly attended a different local daycare before this one and we have learned that fancy and modern does NOT mean a center provides better care. It’s truly about the staff and management. Childcare network has exceeded our expectations."

"My child has attended preschool at this center for several years, and we love it! This center has the most educated and caring staff I've experienced. My child began here as an infant after being in another center and we were warmly welcomed. The infant room took great care of her and made sure to keep me up-to-date on how she was growing and making great strides. As she moved up with her other peers, and struggled with all things children go through (sharing, potty training, etc), the staff encouraged and aided her with expressing her feelings and guided me as a parent in many ways as well. I would highly recommend this center to any parent looking for quality care. The size of the facility alone is amazing. The staff are incredible and well educated. The grounds are child friendly and the classrooms are kept neat and clean. The cost comparison, the activities for the children, the equipment on hand....I could go on and on with kudos about all of the positives. I truly appreciate all of the friendly faces we have come to know here and will be sad when we must transition on. My child has built many friendships with both peers and staff, as I have, and can only imagine how many more children's lives will be touched by them."
