"I am on day 6 of having to call every single day, several times a day to ask if they got my prescription in. Every single person has told me something different and scoffed at me when I explained how frustrating it is to not be given a clear answer OR my badly needed medication. I was on hold on and off for several hours today before someone transferred me to the pharmacist who dismissed me, wouldn’t let me talk and then was exasperated when I explained how his staff clearly didn’t know how to talk to customers. It is absolutely abhorrent to have to use this pharmacy let alone the location in Aberdeen and it is infuriating that it is the only pharmacy I can use in Pinehurst. The only thing worse than talking to them on the phone is getting eye rolls and phone checks while you are talking to them in person. Would rate 0 stars if I could."
