"Extremely unprofessional, rude, and racist! They never want to hear their patients out or let us voice our concerns. However the moment you give them back the same energy they give you, you get banded. They can dish it out but not take it. I’ve been there twice. The first time was with either Derosa or Alexanderia. That was fine. The second appointment I left in tears. It was with Dr Lesco Rogers. He is one of the most rudest doctors I have ever encountered. I was literally in tears when I left. I called after I went home and calmed down. When Dr Roger’s saw me he wouldn’t hear me out, made me feel extremely stupid and even said I’ve worked with thousands of patients. I’m explaining to him what I have gone through with my back and he didn’t want to hear me out and when I would speak he would do this whole clucking thing with his mouth like I was annoying him. When I called the office the office manager called me. I explained all of this to him and also said instead of the doctor and I working together and come up with a solution together the do get wanted me to do what he wanted. After talking to the office manager what was decided was that I would get the MRI done. I had an appointment with them on the 29th for my MRI. I get a phone call on the 27th around 3 or 4 pm. The lady goes to tell me that either I pay the 150 or nore they can not do my MRI. Because my South Carolina insurance won’t approve it. Of course I’m frustrated because after being mistreated and mis handled now you call me less than 24 hrs to tell me you can’t do my MRI. I asked will what is my options because I don’t have the money I’m on temporary disability. All of this plays apart in that! She says you can go to the hospital or SC to get it done. Here’s the problem. I said to her multiple times. I do not have SC insurance and I have applied for NC Medicaid. Which was done on Sept 9th. I got a letter from the corporate office that I am banded from the office. When I called them and explained what happened. Not once do they ever even knowledge the fact that I was mishandled and mistreated. This office gassed lighted me and the lady I spoke to even started to call me a hard N****R. She said the conversation was over and never once cared about the treatment of their office to people that look like me. I even saw a white women cursing them out at the office and they literally called the main office and bent over backwards to help her. But they never gave me that treatment. If you do not know how to de-escalate a situation why are you even sitting in that chair? Than what’s even worse the office manager never even noted my account stating the treatment of DR rogers. Black people always get bad treatment and when we speak about it out of frustration and instead of doing the right thing they gas light us and ignore because their hate is bigger than their advocacy for their patients."
