"I love my doctor. How ever front desk staff gets worse and worse. And recently it’s become so bad I have to leave a review. They are terrible. The gentleman that was there was great. But whatever two girls are now up there are so rude. They laugh at you and have an attitude. I called about filling my prescription for 90 DAYS because of my insurance & the girl laughed at me over the phone and said “um you already have a fill in there” I explained AGAIN. The fill was for 60 & I needed 90. There’s been two that I’m aware of. Then today, I got hung up on. Please get better front desk staff. PLEASE. I love my doctor but they are insufferable"

"Incredibly unhelpful and inefficient clinic. I would avoid this place. Was trying to get a prescription refill for a new pharmacy location in a different state… and clinic does not only not communicate their inability to fill but is not transparent in their reasoning. So the result is a patient left without medication. Great public health work here guys…"

"I was a patient here and at first I thought it would be a great mental experience for me knowing my primary helped set this up. Not only would they would prescribe me one month at a time which is not easy for us busy moms,wives and work full time. But when I was getting low they REFUSED to give me more medicine until I scheduled another appointment (even though I had just been there the month before and clearly I am reacting fine to the medication) Instead they had no issues letting me stop my medicine cold Turkey knowing well that would only hurt me. They wouldn’t even give me an additional 1 week supply until I could talk with my boss about taking time off to go to this unnecessary appointment. They do not care about your mental health. They care about the money you bring."

"My provider is wonderful. Unfortunately every other part of the process related to this office is trash. I’ve only been using this practice since February, and every single month I’ve had to call and request/beg for my prescription to be refilled even though I’m assured each time I won’t have to do it again. This process always entails me having to call every day for almost a week, after I realize it’s past time for it to be refilled, to make sure it’s finally been sent. Count in at least three times it’s been sent to the wrong pharmacy, when I’m assured the old pharmacy will be removed, and it never is. I still have a “no show” fee rolling around from an appointment I was never given an access portal to, yet no one can manage to clear it. If you have issues, you’ll get a call back within 48-72 hours so if you’re having any type of crisis, don’t. Even after forwarding all of these concerns to the appropriate channels, there’s still no touchback to fix them."
