"The spanish front desk lady is very condescending. She is a awful Human being , i have never felt more belittled , i had and appointment today which she cancelled because she Stated she had other people waiting and Could not attend me. She told me to sit and Wait till she had time but when i told her i had a scheduled appointment she cancelled it. Told me my daughter Didnt Need it. My schedule appointment for my 6 year old was not honored and i gurantee they will still Try to bill me. Its unfortunate that you have people like This representing the clinic First point of Contact and its a terrible experience . I too am a spanish lady but everytime i take my daughter i feel so discriminated against maybe because my English is not Great and she feels as Though she is better. Not to mention shes had a horrible attitude before in the phone when i calles to ask if they were open because i was outside to pick up some médical récords and the door was locked at 10 am and i had already waited for 30 minutes. She answered Angrily and húng up. Its sad that this is the Service you receive upon walking into a medical clinic. If you have kids avoid this clinic she Seems to hate them too. If this is not a Job you seem to enjoy please find yourself a new one. And stop making the clínics patients miserable during their visits.."

"I took my mom there for her physical as per the immigration requirement when applying for permanent residency. The staff was great and made my mom feel at ease with the process. It was quick and easy. They answered all of my questions. The 3 staff members that we encountered with that day were well mannered and kind. I will recommend them and will definitely go back there"
