"Spent over $400 on a Groupon for a charter, canceled our trip twice, then avoided scheduling the trip with us. He never honored our Groupon and kept the money. Don't do business with them if they're still around."
"The trip started out good and then went down hill from there. We started at a ship wreck where we just about caught our limit of seabass within an hour. The captain (Mark) decided to take us to a new location, but the anchor ended up getting stuck and took us an hour to get it free. We got to the next location and fished for a while and caught a bunch of sharks, so the captain decided to take us to a different location. We circled around for a while and then decided to head back to our original starting spot, but on the way we ran out of gas. We spent the rest of our trip (the last 2+ hours) anchored in that spot fishing, catching very few fish while we waited for a rescue boat to deliver us gas. The anchor getting stuck is just bad luck and things happen. However, running out of gas and being stranded for the amount of time we were stuck is completely avoidable and shouldn't have happened. I would think having enough gas in a boat on a guided trip would be a high priority. Especially when we are paying good money for the trip. It would have been nice if the captain gave us a discount for the big inconvenience but he still charged us full price. We left the situation feeling quite disappointed. We will not use this charter service again and will not recommend you to anyone. 12/21/13"
