"I have no problems with the doctor or nurses, they have been great. However, anytime I call to schedule an appointment I always have to call multiple times a day before I can get through. It always rings and rings and then kicks me over to voicemail. I have left voicemails before but never receive a call back. Then when I finally got through to make an appointment they had my sons information wrong so they had trouble finding him. Will probably look into switching to a different office."
