Elizabeth answered all of our insurance questions and helped give us all the information we needed to make the best choice for us! She was so patient and kind!"
"I love the careworkers at Hillcrest... they are truly caring and sweet people. Unfortunately Elizabeth in billing has no such sweetness about her. She failed to charge my backup secondary insurance and has turned a $200 bill that should have once again should have been charged to my secondary insurance provider to collections. She was incredibly rude, never left a single voice-mail to explain this issue, and never called me back. Go Elizabeth! Zero stars for her."
"Having sick kiddos is never a good experience!! Especially when mom is sick also!! Even though it was a long wait it was so worth it! The NP Kendra is very through and so compassionate!! Also front desk and the nurse they are so kind!! Thank you for helping our family Hillcrest!! We will definitely be coming here if our family needs!!"
"The waiting room was very crowded and I had to wait for nearly 3 hours to be seen. I was seen by Kendra, the nurse practitioner and I feel like she was professional and knowledgeable and I was satisfied with her service. They probably need more staff to handle the number of people that come there, especially at this time of the year when flu season is in full swing."
"I brought my wife here yesterday. The medical staff was very professional and compassionate. As always, Ms. Vicky at the front desk is very compassionate and efficient. Adrien, the nurse, is always wonderful, fast, and effective with a great bedside manner. Then, the nurse practitioner Jamie was fantastic, compassionate and funny, and an amazing bedside manner. You can tell they truly care for people and are very good at it. Turns out I caught what the wife had so I had to go back today, again another amazing experience, there is a reason I keep coming back to this clinic, and it is definitely the quality of the staff that work here."
