"I went in for my new patient visit, the very nice lady at the desk copied my insurance cards and ID. Then I sat and waited for Margaret, I was told she was the one who had to do my paperwork. I waited for 25 minutes, when the nice lady came over and said she was sorry. I told her I would give it 5 more minutes and then I would be leaving! She went back and told the Doctor who then went to take Margaret's place so she could complete my paperwork. As she walked out of the room she stated "some people". So not only have they wasted my time, now she has an attitude. I would NOT recommend trying this place, there are plenty of other Doctors in town who appreciate new patients!"
