"I get that sometimes schedules change and that means patients will have to wait a little. But every single time, without fail, no matter if it's immediately after lunch or 1st thing in the morning, this office always makes us wait for well over an hour, sometimes 2 before even seeing a doctor. How are families with multiple young kids and babies supposed to sit around in the car or the waiting room for that long for a routine checkup?! This place makes a regular doctor's visit an exhausting all-day affair and I'm sick to death of it. Today is our last day as patients at this practice. The only reason I give 2 starts is because when we FINALLY get to actually see the doctor, he is great and has good bedside manner. But the actual practice of scheduling and getting patients in a timely manner is the worst I've ever encountered. It's inexcusable and it needs to change ASAP."

"We absolutely love this place! They always get my kids in quickly. I love not being stuck in a waiting room. They respected my preferred vaccine schedule with a proper amount of advice, but no continued pressure. They are great listeners and always strive to find the answers. My kids don't hold stress when having to go to the doctor's office. We have seen several physicians at this practice. Dr. Myers, Dr. Anderson, Dr. Alderson. They are phenomenal! The nurses are kind and inclusive of siblings. We are so grateful for such a loving and caring team to help our children. They do run behind a bit as they are thorough with each kid so make sure you bring some entertainment for your littles."

"My 3 boys' all grew up going to the Dr' there. Now all 4 of my grandchildren are patients there. The Drs' are GREAT with children! Very personable, knowledgeable, caring etc. I highly recommend them!"

"This is the worst pediatrician office I've ever went to. Child had to sit on floor to get weight/height due to no chair to sit in to take his shoes off. I mentioned it to higher ups no change when I went back. Also advised by desk staff to take my child to school while sick instead of get visit. His fever was 102.1 that night and 101.3 next day. The school has a 24 hr fever policy regardless. It just seems like they do not have health and safety standards held high. You can visibly see the nasty trim in the office at any moment and it will be black and dirty. It sits right under where people rest on their heads on the wall and it's disgusting. Mentioned that too but was told I was the first person in the room that day which makes that so much worse to know they just don't clean very well...... The front desk staff is not friendly or knowledgeable"

"Love all the staff and doctors.We have never had a rude nurse before until this visit. she was very short with us and acted like she was over her job at the point she saw us. Our son came in for Neuro visit there was 3 adults to attend because his dad lives out of town and he wanted to hear what doc said as well she was very rude about him coming in."
