"We have nothing negative to say about our case manager. He really tries to help us and is very considerate to my daughters needs. The company as a whole is a different situation. We have never asked them for anything except a vehicle modification for a lift and now a modification to our bathroom. We spent a very long time trying to get the vehicle modifications but the bathroom modification is unbelievable. It is in the third year and has already been approved however they are making the contractor jump through so many hoops just to get his deposit that they agreed to weeks ago. My daughter has injured herself pulling her body weight up and down into her wheelchair while they are taking their time trying to keep from paying for an already approved modification. It’s so truly sad that they show so little concern for the true need she has for these modifications."
