"My step grandson went there until they moved away in 3rd grade. My granddaughter has been there since kindergarten and will be leaving there this year as she moves to middle school. We have not had any problems with this school in the time she has been there. Love this school."

"I left this School in 2015 as a 5th grader. I am now in 8th grade and going to 9th grade at East Wake High. (I'm going to Knightdale high, the school beside Forestville later on maybe in 10th or 11th grade). I was in this school ever since Kindergarden so this is the only elementary i went to. Things must have changed because during my years at this school it was great. This is the best elementary school for yall kiddos. I might come and visit the school soon. But yeah I loved this school I had a great experience. Friday Fitness was the best thing in 5th grade! I still have pictures and memories of good times at this school. I'ma come visit yall teachers."

"What started out great has become horror. Currently, for the 2017 school year, the administration is paralyzed. They can not effectively deal with the harassment and bullying that takes place nearly non stop. As a family we have offered to work with the school on these issues. We feel it is important that both the school and the parents work together. This year that is not happening. The children are depressed and sick from the stress of being pulled into punishment for all when a subset are guilty. This is not and has never been effective administration. My child who is an outstanding student with fantastic grades is committed to education. He enjoys learning. He is also sick. He is mentally and physically sick every day. So much so we will have to remove him. It is sad that we still have to deal with such issues. I would carefully consider my options when choosing schools."

"This school is a horrible school..... My kid was bullied and the faculty and staff had known it was going on but did nothing not so much as pick up the phone and tell me (the parent)....... Her Father passed away the second day of school and with it being so unexpected I went to the social worker and counselors for some guidance on how to tell my daughter well they gave me advice and said when she got back to school that they would check on her and eat lunch when she did and help her ....... Well yet again they did nothing!!!!!! These teachers and staff are being payed for nothing cause that's all they do, I'm shocked that the review says it's a good school they obviously have it confused with another school"

"I give this school a 2 star. The kids swear, and they bully other children. DO NOT send your kids to this school. The 5th graders are obnoxious (only a few are actually good). They're supposed to be the ROLE MODELS! The 4th graders are just like them. Ir's ridiculous. The teachers are very nice, but the students treat them horribly. They don't listen, and they take role model from people who aren't good in school and swear, and are a bully. If you have a kid who is very good, DO NOT sent them here. I know this because I have been a student at this school, and I still am. I know this by experience. Most of the kids in 4th-5th grade bully this child in 4th grade in a teacher by the name of Mrs/Ms. Love and Mrs/Ms. Smith. But here's a little flaw: Some of the teachers just 'deal' with the situation, and go on. But they don't even pay attention on how the bullying goes on and on over and over. They say "There are no bullies in FRES," but they definitely don't know the truth. The teachers are not mean. They are only firm because of the students that treat them unfairly and talk 24/7. This is why you shouldn't send your child here. I'm typing this based off of experience. Thanks for reading."
