"A health center that doesn’t care about preventive or proactive care! I went there for a regular visit and get an extensive blood screening before taking a new prescription. I mentioned that when I booked the appointment and to the doctor I saw that day. All good at that time but they “code” the visit improperly and now they say they can’t change it because they don’t do two preventive care in a year even when my insurance covers as many as I need. I tried several time to talk to admin and the doctor but no response."

People call to schedule appointments to get help, not to get screamed at and talked down to by the person on the other end of the line due to only having a digital insurance card."

"My first visit today since Medicare began, and the nurse was unbelievably rude. From the get go she might as well have said "You're old, stupid, and wasting my time." She sweetened up eventually, but it was too late. Furthermore, what doctors' offices don't offer strep or COVID tests? Time to change!"

"I used to love coming here but after Covid I cannot get a call back or an answer after waiting in the queue for more than 20 minutes. I’ve tried to make an appointment here well over a handful of times and each time I’m told no one can take my call. No one calls back either. Very frustrating, I’ve had to cancel prescriptions through this place because my pharmacy couldn’t get a hold of anyone, just like me. Terrible communication skills. It seems like a lot of people have had this problem as well. Before Covid y’all were great. It shows in the reviews too."
