"I couldn't have one negative thing to say about UT Family Physicians. Even before my actual appointment I had fine help and care. I had a little mix up on my end of what they needed from me before my appointment and they were very helpful and patient. They followed up with me on a regular basis. They told me to come 30 minutes before my appointment and got me in the examination room before I even sat down. Olga Slusher was very thorough and kind. I left knowing that I was in tremendous care."

"Mr Daniel Mays has been my Dr for 7 years . I love the ladies working front desk an Nurses . Through the years I haven’t seen eye to eye with Dr Mays . I was let go for missing a few appointments. I was told I signed a contract 7 years ago be nice if they have us sign every year . I liked the Dr an had 5 family members go to this Dr office now they’re finding a different Dr to go to . I noticed a few times in stead of test for things I seen Dr mays for he said oh might be this or that ."

"I was there 3 times in the last week, one to meet my new Primary and labs done, two, have an Ultrasound and three see another Doctor for some reason neither of us (Dr. or I knew why) odd but we both laughed. Next appt. in July with Primary then I will decide how I feel about them, trusting someone with my health and well being is a real issue for me."

"4 year patient of this office. Never had a problem with reception. Nurse always returns messages promptly. Prescription refills called in as needed and within limits. Appointments can be a little hard to get if you're limited to a certain day or time, but they are open quite early and stay open quite late on certain days. After hours clinic is also available which is much more convenient and cheaper than the ER or urgent care. The onsite lab is also great. A huge added convenience. Even when there is a line, it moves quickly. Lab staff is quick, but friendly and experienced. I trust the UT Health System because of their reputation for cutting edge innovation in healthcare and from personal experience."

"Rude , condescending , unkind , cold, front end check in should work as TSA agents. Treated me like I was drug shopping. Said four times I was not looking for any prescriptions, just trying to find out why I passed out three times since my surgery. We can have a nurse see you in two weeks. GOODBYE . Terrible way to run any business , never mind a medical facility. Oh. Yes. I am fully insured. Did not go there looking for free advice . Just some medical answers."
