"This place is a joke. We pull in at 1:00 and there are ZERO cars in the parking lot. No one in the waiting area. The lady at the front desk to see our insurance, she takes our insurance card and walks to the back, tells us there are no appointments available and they take lunch from 2-3 but we can try to come back at 3:00. Informs us that they’ve been very busy and we can try to be seen at 3. I asked her if we come at 3 and no one is there why would we have to wait, you wouldn’t if no one is here but her are very busy. We pulled tot he back and there are 4 cars, they didn’t want to see us yet no one was there. I will be filing a formal complaint with UT corporate. No wonder everyone visits AFC instead of this place."
