"I was calling in my child's medicine and one lady answered the phone and she put me on hold and then a lady name Jennifer answered and she hanged up on me and then when I called back she was rude by her voice tone and I wasn't rude at all. I have always use cvs pharmacy on Leicester hwy but never been rude to til today!"

"Pharmacy sucks, their staff look at people like they hate their job, and if a doctor prescribed you medicine, they did it for a reason, why should a pharmacist question why you get a certain medicine it's none of their business honestly. But I love the retail part of the store, it's the only reason why I still come here after the way they treated my mom with her meds."

"The store is often times a bit cluttered and messy when you walk in and some times there's a wait to get someone to the register but generally everyone there is friendly. Often this is where I get my medications because of how convenient it's location is."
