"I’ve had my prescriptions filled at this location for more than 10 years. There have been pharmacists and employees come and go but recently the staff in the pharmacy including the new pharmacist are the most RUDE and unprofessional people you could have ever employed! Very huge mistake CVS! The store manager Brandon has always been extremely helpful and professional. This is no reflection to him at all!!! When I called in to check on my medicine I was hung up on twice and then when I finally did get someone and had my prescription filled they were very rude at the pick up window as well. ALL NEW PEOPLE in the pharmacy that has no clue what they are doing. Nothing but chaos!!! I have already moved some of my prescriptions to Publix (where some of the best pharmacist are currently at)!! Extremely disappointed in the lack of effort of the pharmacy employees at cvs on Hwy 21. CVS corporate office, please know you will lose ALOT of business due to your lack of caring for customers!!"

"I depend on my doctor's and my pharmacy to get my medication right? But apparently I cannot count on CVS They keep dropping off medicines and not refilling them. Thy possibly could not get any slower. They're attitude is always like they're doing you at favor.."

"Have bcbs. Just moved here in the area. They rejected my doctors office prior authorization and said "bcbs doesn't cover insulin"...what. I had to do 4 rounds of back and forth with my endocrinologist, cvs and our bcbs rep who was dumbfounded on why they would say that. Retrain your pharmacy staff please."

"This CVS is quite large and well stocked. I’ve been in quite a few times and there always seems to be more employees working than customers. The parking lot is awkward, but navigable. The pharmacy workers are the best though. Always helpful and friendly."
