This last visit did not disappoint!! My son saw Andrew Pyle, PA-C and he was very knowledgeable, personable and took the time to answer any questions we had. Don't let me forget to mention the ladies at the front desk....they were also welcoming, prompt and efficient. Unlike any urgent care we have visited in the past, this one followed up with a call a couple days after the visit to ask how my son was doing. "We are really appreciative of the staff at AFC. They seem to genuinely care about each person. The PA was thorough and upbeat. We understand that urgent cares are really busy right now, but the wait time was atrocious and the office had barely opened for the day. We were there for 3 and 1/2 hours! Not convenient for a "quick visit." They once called a person before us that arrived after us. Overall, an okay experience."
