"Prints they always do well. But I question their integrity and their customer service (their follow through). At tge end of last I dropped off a sketch for a commercial project. I asked did they had a graphic designer who can design our project from snatch. Our commercial projects cannot be clip arts put together. I was told yes they did and they could design what we wanted. We were given a deadline when we would get the design. They never met any of their deadlines and then appeared to put back on my response time to their missed delays as part of the problem. Rod even told me that their graphic designer would call me on Friday. That designer never called. Each time they presented a final revised version of their submission, it was obviously clip art. I've been doing this too long. I know the difference between clip art and original design. After 3 attempts, I finally just asked Rod to give me a refund of my deposit. I didn't hear anything back for werks. Finally, Samir called and asked to walk him through what happened. I did. He promised as a long time customer, as a curiosity, he would refund me my deposit. I never heard back from him, nor received my deposit. Both guys are very friendly. But friendliness does not account for great customer service, integrity, and good business practice."
