"The BESTTTT daycare ever!! Both of my children started here about two years ago and we have never had any issues. My son is now in school, but his teachers still ask about him every time I see them. My other daughter who is still at Kindercare, is always so excited to go! Her teachers love her and we now have lifelong relationships with every teacher we have come in to contact with. Also the director, Mrs Sharon is the best! If I were to ever have a concern, she is the first to take it and make it right. My kids love her and all of the teachers they have been with! I know it is going to be hard when my daughter goes to school in a couple of years and we won't be here anymore. If you're looking for a daycare who will take your kids and love them as your own... this is the ONE!!"

"My son begin daycare here as an infant and was fine until transferring into the toddler room. The teachers were very underpayment, unattentive, and lacked communication with parents. My son was not eating well and I got with the director to try and gain help while at daycare. The teachers were still saying that he was eating everything on the menu when I knew that was not the case bc my little one had noticeably lost weight while being in the toddler room. When I asked the teacher about it she then told me that he normally didn't eat. Also when I was at work one day I recieved a phone call stating that he had been crying for over two hours with a fever of over 102. That's a long time to wait to call a 1 year olds parents! When i arrived he was sitting in a corner screaming his head off while the teachers and all of the other students were on the other side of the room. This was the day I pulled him out of this daycare. I would never recommend"

"My daughter has been at this location for a year this month. The staff is fantastic and if you have any concerns, they address them and do what they have to do to put your mind at ease. My daughter is 14 months old and she reaches for her teachers and waves bye to me, which makes it so much easier for me to spend my day away from her. They truly do treat her like family. She recently transitioned from the infant room to her first Toddler room and she is doing very well. The center's Directors are always friendly, always helpful, and always there. I toured 3 separate centers before I made my decision and I'm very glad I chose Dixon Kindercare!"

"My grandson is very sensitive to people who are not so caring and therefore it is hard to find him a daycare that he is comfortable with. This daycare is super caring, attentive and always trying to grow and please u in every way! I have made a complaint and it was handled swiftly and thoroughly. They made sure that the teacher and I were comfortable during the process so there was no problem with our daily interaction or hers with our baby. I was so impressed with their professionalism and straight forward ways that I moved 30 mins away and still drive that far to take him to that school!"
