"This office should just label itself a well visit or physicals only location. You can NEVER get your child in to be looked at by their pediatrician when they are sick. If they want to only do appointments for well visits then at least do a walk-in clinic for the first two hours so that parents can get their child seen by their doctor instead of saying well just take them downstairs to our urgent care. It’s like they do it on purpose just to charge more."

"We absolutely love Dr. Haas and Dr. Z. Nurse Sydney is also so friendly whenever I call the nurse line for advice or for a same day appointment. This is just all around a great place. So kind, professional, and always has my babies’ best interest in mind."

"I will say I absolutely loved the Pedatrics GI team and Behavioral Specialist my son saw but those receptionist in the main part before going to the peds section was horrible; I literally was the only person in the lobby so I walked up to the counter to be told to step back and get a ticket!!! WHY?! there’s literally no one there, I’d totally understand if you called out the numbers or a screen showed them but I’m not understanding the ticket process because regardless there’s a line; there’s no sitting anywhere until you get processed…. Just horrible experience at this location with receptionist Dr. Glock and his team were amazing when my son saw him; he listened understood snd helped The Psychologist and her team were amazing!! Patience to listen and understand even when my son wasn’t having it!"

"Initially, I was very satisfied with the care they provided; however after two misdiagnoses that could have been very dangerous for my child and left permanent damage, extremely high bills due to it being a "hospital based practice", after several incidents of "wait and see if it gets better" or no treatment (after I had already waited the recommended 5 days of fever) and the frequent inability to get an appointment for a sick child, I decided to switch providers after 3 years. I really like Dr. Haas but I have not been able to get an appointment with her in over a year. Switching to a larger practice that can actually see my children when they get sick, which is not often."
