"After fifty-five years as a long distance runner and racer; nationally ranked in my age group; having run close to 80,000 miles in my life time; at the age of 71 my body has finally called it quits. With concurrent injuries of a foot stress fracture, heel; bone spur, plantar faciitis, swollen ankle bone, strained ligament and tendon, arthritis and Morton's Neuromas in both feet, I was recommended to see Marc. After seeing four different specialists all of whom had different interpretations of the MRI's and x-rays and who had no recommendations about ending the pain and addressing the causes, Marc was the first doctor to correctly diagnose what what was causing the severe pain I was enduring. He immediately set about doing weekly physical therapy on my feet and pointed me to a pharmacy that made a compound cream that addressed the pain and inflammation in my feet - something the four previous doctors never considered. He also made custom inserts for my shoes-- what a relief of the arch pain!! After three months of not being able to walk without using a huge foot boot and crutches, it was only a few weeks when I was able to discard the crutches and foot boot and begin walking again. Slowly of course and I am now doing three miles each day. And soon headed towards five miles each day. During the same time period, I was scheduled to have a total right shoulder replacement that would involve nearly a year of recovery. Marc began physical therapy on both of my shoulders and gave me exercises to do to help with the pain and strengthen my shoulder muscles. As a result, after two months, the pain subsided and I was able to cancel my shoulder surgery. I cannot recommend Marc enough nor thank him enough for what he has done for me. Of course, my running career has ended but I am pleased that I can now walk with minimal discomfort and use my shoulders with no pain. Marc is a true professional and writes thorough notes with each appointment. He truly knows what he is doing and individualizes it for each patient."

My sister noticed immediately that I wasn’t shuffling my feet and I could get in and out of the car like a normal person. Plus, I stopped leaning heavily on the grocery cart as we shopped. Marc is a one-in-a-million professional that knows what he’s doing, and I believe he can be counted on to make a difference as anyone's Wellness Physical Therapist!"
