"I had a photofacial done by the owner. I had one of these done years ago with great results at another salon. After explaining I understood the process and the results I had it done. A few days later I sent pictures showing that I had no results (except a semicolon size dot on my cheek). Again I was aware of normal results. I did this in a respectful manner. She agreed, begrudgingly, to go over only my worst areas after her family left from the holiday get togethers(after Jan 7th). Since then I've left 4 messages and still haven't heard from her. So apparently this business does substandard work with no guarantees. This was a $150 service. I hope this helps others that are looking for similar service and standards."
