Fast Pace Health Urgent Care - Erwin, TN

"The wait in lobby was over an hour and half before I was even called back, and that was with an appointment! I paid my $100 for visit and 3wks later they took $150 more out of my checking account. So, apparently it's $250 a visit! Even though the signs inside say 100. I could have went to the ER cheaper!"

"First of all they're not the friendliest staff the receptionist was quiet friendly and helpful... But as soon as the nurse came and got me she was kind of short with me and I really felt like crap I had the flu and strep and the complained about me not having a mask on in my room I thought about making them my primary but after that no they might be a go-to in an emergency but I would not recommend them in my opinion..... I feel like I'm just a dollar sign and they're not wanting to be there at all..... Maybe next time they'll be more caring about their patients and treat us like the customers we are...... I was also asked to be there 15 minutes early which I was the doctor was running late even after I waited went and got something to eat feeling like crap they were still short and rude with me whether they think so or not..... Where are the good doctors at anymore......"

"Today (12/19/23) makes the second time myself or someone in my household has made an appointment and have been told by the receptionist it would be an hour+ wait due to the physician running behind. This time the physician isn't even in the building. WHY would you allow someone who is sick to make an appointment DRIVE ALL THE WAY to your office AND then tell them pretty much that they should've scheduled their appointment later in the day when it's convenient for the doctor. Forget the fact you've been up all night sick. We're here to collect your hard earned money, you can suffer through it a few more hours. I will never darken the door of this place again. I don't care if I have to drive to Elizabethton or Johnson City, Fast Pace will never get another drop of our money again."

"We saw Curtis at Fast Pace Urgent Care in Erwin and he was amazing. He was very thorough and amazing with my 10 year old daughter. He also took the time to answer my questions and was very kind. I enjoyed the ability to fill out the paperwork on my phone via a link that was sent. Our family will continue to use this clinic for future medical needs."
