The front desk ladies always greet us with a smile, the ladies in the lab are also very lovely. Dr. Emily of fun to visit with as is her nurses who take our vitals, they all make it pleasant to go to our doctors visits. Thank you all for your wonderful staff, I don’t understand why your ratings are so low, if I could change that for you I would in a heart beat."

"Used the last of my sick paid time to be seen here, recieved no medication nor a diagnosis. They ran multiple test including one that needed to be sent off. I called in a WEEK after being seen only to then be told that test was negative. If you need immediate assistance look else where in Greeneville"

All the others claimed there was a 4 hour or more wait. Some claimed they didn’t have a nurse, etc….And. Felix Fernandez, the physician was such a great spirited guy! Totally recommend!"
