"Update - we just had our 2nd exceptional experience with Ben and Carolina Boat Rental! Don’t think Google will let me do a new review but this company is so good it’s worth an update. The equipment is so well maintained- just as good this year as last year, same boat! The staff, from first phone call to boat pickup at the end are just awesome people, willing to help make your vacation awesome. Great boat, great people, great business. We are hardcore fishing people our CBR Carolina Skiff got us to some spots that produced truly trophy-size fish (inland of course). Best part - had trouble with nav/gps mid-day and Ben was immediately on phone walking us through a reset. Service is really extraordinary. I cannot recommend this experience enough and I will definitely use them again! We had an EXCEPTIONAL experience renting with Ben and Carolina Boat Rentals! Ben was so fast to respond to our initial inquiry and then answered all of our questions just as fast. He was patient and thorough throughout the entire experience. Mason dropped off and picked up the boat. He was knowledgeable, friendly and more than willing to answer all of our boat and “where to go” questions. We are experienced boat renters and we can tell you that this was our best experience from the paperwork and payment to the quality of the boat itself. Speaking of the boat…it is fantastic - well maintained and don’t underestimate the value of the stereo system - makes for an awesome family day on the water! I will definitely rent again from Ben and Carolina Boat Rentals!"

"Great service from beginning to end. Highly recommend this business. First point of contact was Ben, He responded quickly and consistently even when I had to call back afew times and gave our family a great deal to watch 4th of july fireworks on the water. We later met Tony to get us started by going over the paperwork and getting us out on the water. He went above and beyond to make sure we had all the information, accommodations, answers to any questions we had. He went out of his way to be courtious and help us make this the best boating experience we ever had. He was always there just a phone call away and never hesitated to answer when we called .
